Axial warehouse slices

Axial warehouse slices are used to prevent the axial movement (or sliding) of a shaft or another rotating component in a housing. The bottom panel is attached between the shoulder of the wave and the housing bore. The load from the wave presses against the disc and transfers to the housing so that everything stays in place. Depending on the application, compressed bearing slices can be made from a variety of materials. The common materials include bronze, steel and plastic.
